You may think I'm nuts, but we have a small staff so this works pretty well for us:
1. Announce that everyone meet in the hallway (or wherever) at a certain time. Turn the music up and dance!
2. Have a HAPPY contest. The staff member who smiles the most, pats people on the back and appears to be spreading happiness wins. The reward is up to you.
3. The most important thing is that you evoke a positive, upbeat spirit. .....
